What are your hours of operation?
Hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. We are open 1 Saturday a month. Early morning or late afternoon appointments are available but require a procedure payment in advance.
Is there a consultation fee for new patients?
A $100 consultation fee is requested at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time. This amount can be applied toward your treatment and may be forfeited in the case of a no-show or cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice in the case of cancellation. If less notice is given, a $50 cancellation fee applies. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours may result in a $75 fee.

No, we do not accept insurance. Our services are elective and not covered by insurance, but we offer payment plan options like Cherry and Care Credit.
